BOOKING CONDITIONS (Please retain for your information)

Deposit A standard non-return deposit of £100 per week (or part-week) booked is required for each property during all seasons, and this must be received with the booking slip to secure reservation

Both deposits and balance are non-returnable.

The balance is to reach us at least 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Failure to do so could result in the loss of your booking. Last minute bookings should be paid in full by credit card at time of booking .

Bookings by overseas clients may be paid by credit card or by bank draft in £ Sterling drawn on a UK clearing bank. Any extra bank charges incurred will be charged to the client. For short breaks (less than one week), full payment must be made when booking.

We advice you to take out cancellation insurance and can supply you with the forms.

The cottages are available from 4 pm on the first day of the booking until 10 am on the last day. Please let us know your estimated time of arrival to ensure we are here to welcome you.

Non-Smokers only.

The number of people staying in any cottage must not exceed the stated number booked.

The holiday maker is responsible for the property booked during their stay and is expected to take reasonable care of it and its contents.

Any damage, breakages or losses must be reported to us as soon as possible so that compensation can be agreed.

All prices include electricity, heating, firewood and all linens and towels.

No Pets.

Car parking is provided near the accommodation.

Laundry and clothes drying facilities are on site.
