The kitchens all have electric hobs and ovens, microwaves, fridge/freezers and dishwashers with good quality crockery and cooking equipment. Tea towel, hand towel and kitchen roll, foil, and cling film, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid provided.

All bedrooms have 5 or 6 foot wide beds with firm mattresses, wardrobes and generous storage. Linen and a set of towels per person are included.
Beechnut has a spacious shower room. Hazelnut and Chestnut have luxury fitted bathrooms, with baths, overhead showers, all have washbasins and W.C.s. Chestnut, Walnut and Cobnut have bidets. Walnut and Cobnut also have walk-in showers.

There is a colour flat screen T.V.,video, DVD, music centre, telephone and broadband connection in each cottage. Also wireless connection.

The sofa beds are good quality and easy to use.

There are washing and drying facilities on-site, Cobnut has a washer/dryer. Iron and ironing board provided in each cottage.

Electricity, central heating, and logs for the open fireplaces are all included.
